Steve Johnson says:

I made 6.9 million on puzzle books last year. This truly is an easy passive hack.

Saul Goodman says:

I agree with a lot they say. But not this.
It's called print on demand.
He makes a PDF book, uploads it to Amazon.
When someone buys it, Amazon prints it.
Then Amazon gives you like 20%-40%.
This guy is not printing book himself.

It really is passive. All you're doing it making and uploading it 1 time.
Now advertising to make sale, that's a different story.
But selling on Amazon, you really don't have to advertise.

I do the same thing with t-shirts. And I have been thinking about getting into the KDP space.
You don't have to crate your own products. They are sites where people sell t-shirt designs. And some are free.

You cannot compare this to real estate.
