This is a great video. Very motivating. I think people underestimate the work that needs to be done up front to earn passive income… but if you do, it can be truly freeing. Don't mean to hijack, but if anyone wants more ideas, my most recent video is about my passive income.

Iβm planning to start a blog with topics related to SEO, content marketing etc then turn the content into youtube video and podcast for more exposure. What do you think of this idea? Great video. But a lot of these ideas aren't passive income per se (eg blogging, youtube) as they require active creation from yourself. Agree re BTL, investing etc.
