Building a brand around niche is better bussiness model because eventually it's bringing you passive income and option to scale it, and the most important thing is that you get after some hard work precious free time and freedom to do what you want with your life.
For me the best form of passive income is in dividend investing. It obviously has a cost and takes time but I truly enjoy investing though it is not the easiest way to make money.
