Quick real estate question if you don't mind, How does the 1% rule even remotely apply to properties over $300k little own $800k, a 20% down loan is less 50% of $300k ie $1500.month 800k is $4k/month max so that would mean with the 1% rule you profit the entire 50% which would be huge returns and multiple thousands cash flow per month…. I understand the 1% rule is possible for real estate under $100-$200k but above that and let alone at 7 figures it is impossible to even get like .8% and you would still profit at least .2-.3% which is huge but literally no where will you see a $1m duplex going for $5k each side… or is it just me… thanks for the vids man great content.
Great video Austin! My question to you would be how do you take out the cash from the bank to fill the atm’s? If you fill 100 atm’s with $3,000 monthly, your talking $300,000 in withdrawals.. Do you split up filling your atm’s week by week? Do the banks need to know in advance for such large withdrawals ?
