In this video, I am going to tell you how I make money in the prospecting world. Some have asked me what I do and what a professional prospector really is. Well, in this video I will tell you the whole story. I do make money going out and finding gold, but most of my income is what would be considered as passive income. That is something where you put in some work and then get paid for it for many years afterward. Passive income is a topic of great interest to many YouTube viewers. These are popular videos and there are a number of them out there. Well, I have a very unique way of making passive income, one I guarantee you’ve never seen talked about on any YouTube video – even if you’ve watched 100 of them. I make money from locating potential properties for mining and selling those properties to mining companies. In February, I am due passive income payments of about $50,000 and in this video I will tell you how I do that and how you can too. In the video I show off a check written to me for $25,000, which I offer as a demonstration of what I am suggesting. Interested? Well, I will be following up on this video in the coming months with more detailed information. So be sure to watch this video, tick the notification bell (and subscribe too if you’ve not done that already) so you can be sure to see all of what I have to show you.

Chris, I wonder if staking a claim in California would be worth it or is the environmental and regulation not worth it for mining companies to pursue.
I guess the biggest unanswered question would be how do you find a buyer for the claim? Are you advertising/marketing them someplace? Do you reach out to individual companies?
I will check that video to see if the info I'm looking for is there. Thanks for what you doing. The best part of this is you're getting out into the outdoors and exploring nature. The treasure could be right in your backyard. I live on a small Creek and have been looking into this Creek for fish for 10 years and yesterday for the first time I caught five fish in this Creek. It was such a rush. Catch and release.
One subject I have asked about and wondering if you could do a video on is what is somebody looking for on the ground surface when they start to dig a hole into a mountain creating a mine. We have 10 acres of near Forest Hill with a fairly large mine on it I'm curious what prompted them to start digging in that area. They must have been finding something valuable as they dug into the mountain maybe two thousand feet.
I started buying rental property in the Bay Area in 1985. I recommend to anybody that this is a good way to go as you get to keep 100% of your labor. The government will take property taxes and they will take fines and penalties also you have the business tax and the rap fees and taxes on your income. Some people consider rental income passive but we managed and work on all our own properties so we are very active in The Business. I think the key to rental property is being able to do the most or all of your own work on your properties as some contractors nowadays want up to $100 per hour which they are well worth if they know what they're doing.
Always waiting for ur video sir. NICE INFO THANX
