This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about "easy residual income online" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Qonmily Passive Formality – (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate got cool results with it.
the only thing at my age 66 female that I can think of to maybe start making a small bit of income, is doing direct sales, I like a company called Sunrider and I've used the products off and on, but because of it being pricy unless I could sing up people, being a single parent in the 80's and 90's I couldn't get it going. So now I'm retired with a small amount of retirement and SS living in HUD housing. I really want to find out why people are successful at direct selling, do you know much about it? My son in law writes computer stuff and his small company doesn't have any type of retirement, so he and my daughter think buying a piece of real estate is the way to retire and I agree, they think at their age of 29 and 30 that by the time they get into SS retirement there will be nothing like there is now, I don't know about that. Do you think direct selling can work for certain people who have lots of connections to being with, are you for it or against it, or don't care? ty

I'm shocked and wandering what made such a change?
Do you manage your own property of do you employ a property manager?
What mortgage rate is in California? if it's couple of percents you can by a house and rent it out. But in my country it's 25%-30% a year, depending on the timeframe.
just a thought: I rented a farm and bought cows…cows take care of themselfs just a thought..works well for me
