Thanks for sharing mate. I really enjoy your Canadian content as a fellow Chanucker. My only constructive feedback is that your counting your capital gains as part of your "Passive Income" stream since that fluctuates to the market. In turn artificially inflating your "Stocks" category. It would be a lot more clear to your viewers if you break down your stocks section into "Dividends" and "Capital Gains" instead of bundling them up as just "Stocks". Just my two cents. Other then that keep it up mate!
