1) Building a Blog
The first way to make passive income in 2020 is by building a Blog. This may take a little longer but once it’s set up and you have content. Having a Blog is extremely passive and can get you a ton of free Google traffic as long as you optimize for Google SEO. Building a Blog is fairly easy to do and anyone can get started with this. You can even make it more Passive by hiring people to write out your blog content for you.

2) Starting a Youtube Channel
This is my favorite way to build a passive income stream in 2020. YouTube is a great way to build a connection with your audience and can help you build a passive income Empire because of the connection built with video. The biggest factor with starting a YouTube channel is staying consistent and knowing how to optimize for SEO. If you go through my Channel videos I have a three-part series on how to start your YouTube channel and how to optimize for search engine optimization. video content in 2020 is extremely passive and a great way to start making passive income.
3)Create a Digital Course
Create digital course takes a lot of work in the beginning but once it’s set up Is extremely passive. I have a few digital courses I have made and have made me passive income already and I don’t have to do anything anymore because I already took the time to set up these passive income streams.
4) Affiliate Marketing
In my opinion, affiliate marketing is by far the best passive income idea in 2020. You don’t have to worry about customer support, customer service or creating a product. I promote High ticket products for affiliate marketing to make even more passive income.
5) AirBNB Rental
If you have an extra room and you’re not using it I highly recommend using Airbnb rental to rent out the extra room in your house. This is an extremely passive way to make income without doing anything.
6) Turo Car Rental
If you are not using an extra car Tool Rental is a great way to make passive income because you can rent out your car and make passive income money.
7) Facebook Ad Agency
Knowing how to do Facebook ads is a high-income skill. Facebook ads is extremely passive because once the ads are set up all you have to do is maintain them. And you can charge people $1,000 a month or more to run their Facebook ads. Facebook ads is extremely passive and one of my favorite passive income ideas in 2020.
