As for your question, one of the biggest challenges has been to identify and vet candidates for outsourced tasks, like editing and design. Where to look, what to look for, and how to communicate what you want done. Some insights would be helpful.
Thanks for making this video. At the end of October I published my first novel Depths of Paradise, which is about a sea monster attacking the waters around Maui Hawaii and the Japanese, American task force sent to stop it. I know little to nothing about marketing so this video helped a lot. I'm thinking of running an Amazon ad over the Thanksgiving- Cyber Monday weekend, promoting a book sale. I'm also thinking of reaching out to book reviewers offering a free novel in exchange for a review.
