I strongly disagree. I have friends who built businesses that generate top 1% incomes and barely work at all. It took focus and effort to get started, but once the business was set up properly, it runs on its own, especially thanks to technology.
Good example: Johnson and Johnson. The family that owns J&J isn’t even allowed to go near the business.
All the businesses I’m thinking of all provide value to the consumer or they wouldn’t last.
