Passive income is one of those phrases that I honestly don’t care for, because it’s been overhyped by internet marketers and online gurus. These marketers want to paint a picture of you sitting on a beach sipping pina coladas with a little umbrella in it, while the money just rolls in without any effort.
The fact of the matter is that passive income isnβt passive. Passive income takes a lot of work, time, and patience to be able to earn it.
HOWEVER, if you do put in the time, work, and effort, there is absolutely no doubt that you can earn money while doing relatively little work over the long run.

On the youtube front it has actually been suggested to me a few times. I am physically disabled due to repeated injury and many (MANY) broken bones over the years leading to systemic arthritis and an audioneural degenerative disease leading to severe tinnitus and slowly going deaf. My hobby however is homebrewing wine and beer. Several friends have suggested that I put together youtube tutorials on the various methods and science behind brewing, and yes there is quite alot of math and science when doing it right.
I think there is one more very good way to make a passive income working 10-15 hours a week for 5-10 years. That's a developing a team in a good MLM company.
