I tend to agree with many of these "pitfalls" as I myself have experienced them. But I think the entire trick to avoiding these pitfalls is to simply be passionate about making money and don't let boredom get the best of you. I liked the idea of turning to personal development with your new found free time. That saves my ass on a regular basis. Whenever I start to become complacent I get bored, stressed, and depressed. Sort of like I just exist with no purpose in life. Self-betterment allows me fill that void and improve myself so that I am a better person for the people I support. Good video. Very relatable to me.
Oh and i must also add, its very important, as you say, that you have to keep your eye on the horizon…great comment

That's exactly what happened to me first time around with my e-commerce website. I got tired of doing it and just let it rot. Now I'm a designer, I went to design school I love design like life. I plan to start up ecommerce again because of the wealth of knowledge I gained, but this time. I have design to balance it out.
Anything worth having takes your time and energy.
Is it possible to delegate maintenance work? That way you don't have to worry about it so much. Even if you're not earning 6 figures yet, it seems it would be worth it to hire someone to help.
